Family members say 56-year-old Brenda Gillett was a devoted caregiver for her Mother, Army veteran and beloved aunt.

I was wondering if any of you would like to make a small donation that I am collecting for a mother to buy her a new dress for her daughter’s funeral services and other necessities. Her daughter was murdered in the Mother’s home in Chula Vista by their tenant on May 25th. It was all over the news. The mother and her other daughter attended my Estate Planning seminar on June 2nd.

I have been donating a lot of time to them because the daughter who died was the Mother’s caregiver and put all the Mom’s accounts in her name because of a lot of financial fraud that was done on the Mother prior to the daughter’s death. Everything is all locked up due to the daughter’s estate is in Probate court and nothing can be done until a
Judge appoints someone to administer the estate at the end of July.
